Partners in the Gospel

Galatians

Galatians 2:1–10 | In this text, Paul rehearses the story of what happened on his second visit to Jerusalem after his conversion. On this visit, he met privately with the leading apostles in Jerusalem: Peter, John, and James, the Lord’s brother. During this visit, we not only witness the unity and partnership in the gospel that these men shared, we also learn of the necessity of defending the gospel from attacks from the outside.
